A few weeks ago, long time Ice Cream Journal readers Greg and Jen C. from Palmyra, NY paid a visit to the Buffalo Bills football training camp and were greeted with a welcome site — our Giant Cow. Quick thinking Greg snapped the photo below and sent it to us. From left to right is Julia, Greg, Alex, Kirsten and Ian.

Not being too picky, I hope, but… you’ll notice that I (Greg) am in the photo… so I think credit should be given where credit is due. My wife, Jen, is the master photographer of the family, with the keen eye for a good photo. :-) She’s absent from the photo because she was behind the camera for this one. :-)

TH day at Bills training camp was a blast! FREE Buffalo Bills Stampede Sundae ice cream samples!! And even a few samples of Cherry Duetto?? Yeah. We were lovin’ it.

That cow is really big, too. :-) We were trying to figure out how long it would take to eat that entire container of Neapolitan ice cream in front of it….

    :-)
