if a police officer catches a shop owner breaking the ice cream law he needs to chill out and have some ice cream.

If selling ice cream after hours, was the only crime the police in NJ had to worry about,, lolol Then I could understand (NOT),,, I seriously doubt they could even get away with trying to enforce that law,, specially if Turkey Hill ice cream is sold there!

As a Jersey Girl who was born in Newark, that information doesn’t surprise me at all!

And yes, the weather in Jersey will be 88 degrees today. Feels like summer! I’m using my fat free Fudge Ripple with fat free milk to make delicious shakes.
Even got my husband hooked!
