2008 TURKEY HILL CALENDARS

A few of you asked when our annual Turkey Hill calendar will be available and how you can get on the mailing list to receive one (they’re free!). The first mailing will go out in early December. If you’ve received calendars in the past, you’ll automatically get one this year. If you’re not on the list and would like to sign up to get a calendar, call our customer service department at 1-800-MY-DAIRY.
The calendars include a handy schedule of all the monthly Limited Edition flavors in 2008. But make sure you get your name in soon because, as they say, supplies are limited!

If you’ve got a technical question about the ice cream making process or some other inquiry about the nuances of America’s favorite treat, chances are Ernie has the answer. He might not be able to answer all questions, but he’ll try his best and some may be featured on the Ice Cream Journal.

HAROLD - Thanks for your feedback on the mint choco chip flavor. The chocolate pieces are part of the original recipe, but we’ll pass along your feedback to our flavor development team…they might take that into consideration for similar flavors in the future.
JIM - Right now we’re looking at adding two new Duetto flavors. Which ones will be based on a combination of several factors, including this survey, the surveys we did earlier this year and some internal discussion.

Why are you making such small pieces of the chocolate. That’s t6he best part. I always feel cheated when I open a container of Turkey Hill Mint Chip Ice cream.
