Now that is one awesome picture. Just picked up some more TH ice cream and frozen yogurt on sale. The other store-brand stuff just wasn’t cutting it.

  2. Caroline says:

Not only is it mouth watering but good for you. It has most food groups–fruit, milk, grain, eggs and even dark chocolate.

  3. Karen says:

If I wasn’t at work where other employees would comment on eating ice cream at 9 AM I’d have one of these ice cream sandwiches for breakfast. Since I’m at work I’ll just have to wait for my Turkey Hill fix until I get home tonight.

  4. Jennifer says:

    That looks really good!

  5. Adrian says:

I bet that would be really good with Mint Chocolate Chip filling. Or how about a Whoopie Pie with ice cream rather than icing?

  6. christie says:

Yum, that looks awesome. My mouth is watering. I make “ice cream sandwiches” all the time at home. Turkey Hill is the BEST!

  7. Sue says:

Just think of the different combinatiions you could make, with Turkey Hill ice cream or frozen yogurts or Duetto’s, and your favorite cookies! The possiblities are endless!

  8. Turkey Hill Team says:

The combinations are definitely mind-boggling. And we like how you think Caroline!

Speaking of whoopie pies, Adrian, a few weeks ago Lancaster County played host to the annual Whoopie Pie Festival. The day’s events included the world’s largest whoopie pie (225 pounds, if memory serves), countless flavors of pies for sale, a whoopie pie eating contest and a whoopie pie checkers tournament.

  9. Artemis says:

  13. Carol C. says:

You’ve really got us all going, now. The variety of cookie sandwiches is only as limited as our imaginations!
I’d put coffee ice cream on one of those little two-bite cinamon crunchies for breakfast! Better than cereal, and you get your milk and grains, too!

  14. Dani says:

oooohhh…. yes, this picture’s got me drooling and thinking of what I could smoosh my Baked Apple Dumpling Limited Edition Ice Cream in….

Maybe I’ll drizzle a pair of Cinnamon Graham crackers with some melted butter and then microwave them for a few seconds to soften them up, then spread the Baked Apple Dumpling between them. Yum!

  15. Adrian says:

Have you guys ever made a Whoopie Pie feature flavor? I guess it would be vanilla ice cream with devil’s food cake pieces and buttercream frosting from the Party Cake (though white rather than blue). Sounds good. Let’s do it! :)

  16. Maryann says:

I haven’t had lunch yet, this picture is worth a thousand words! Chocolate chip cookies with ice cream are OUTRAGIOUS!!!!

  17. Stefanie Schmidt says:

That looks SO good! Too bad we can’t email ice cream treats, it looks delicious.

  18. Anne King says:

My favorite would be ordinary chocolate chip cookie (home made) with just vanilla! Yummy!

  19. Leonard Sonders says:

I received your email Ernie and took your suggestion and tried the light recipe Extreme cookies N Cream. I found it to taste as good as the regular ice cream. I also tried the Marsh Mellow and Chocolate
and that is a great tasting Ice Cream.
    Sincerely, Len

  20. Turkey Hill Team says:

Glad to hear that you liked it Len! The marshmellow and chocolate is one of my favorites too. Then again, I’m a sucker for pretty much anything with chocolate in it.

I just want to comment on Turkey Hill’s Duetto product. This past summer it was on my weekly shopping list. I served it for my family, as well as company and everyone commented on the great taste. Sometimes, I combined it with thin Italian waffer cookies – What a Hit!!! Please keep it coming and maybe adding new flavors.
    Bravo to Turkey Hill!!!

  22. Rose S. says:

I have quite a few favorite flavors. Ice Cream is like a glass of wine at the end of the day for me. It melts away the problems of the day. My favorite kind is coffee of course with fudge swirl and some whipped topping and some banana. How can you not forget your problems for at least for a few minutes eating such a wonderful treat. I hope everyone can enjoy a treat for them selves at the end of the day. Enjoy!

  23. Beatrice Poultney says:

That is an awesome sandwich! My imagination is running wild with variations. How about oatmeal cookies with eggnog ice cream filling? Yummmmmmm!

  24. Nichole says:
