Thank you for researching the "snowball" ice cream, from the 50's. I recall eating one in the shape of a miniature tree, also. It was a special treat at Christmas.
It's probably the reason why I am so partial to your coconut creme pie flavor (smile).

In Newark, New Jersey it is illegal to sell ice cream after 6 PM, unless the customer has a note from a doctor. Happy I don’t live there.

I absolutely love Turkey Hill teas! I only get them when I go home to my Mom and Dad's house in Delaware. I can taste those fresh, delicious teas right now! They taste like heaven in a glass, baby!

I need Turkey Hill here.....If you ever need a spokesperson, representative, or distributor in Atlanta, then honey, I'm the one you want!!

That's a funny picture. I wanted to also write and describe how to make ice cream cakes that blow away the "Carvels" of the world. Our family used to purchase them for our sons on their birthdays - they love ice cream, but there was never enough "cookie crumbs" in the middle and the flavors were limited and not that tasty. Here's how one can make a delicious and easy ice cream cake that really fits the bill. Using cookie crumbs - a one pound bag of whatever is your favorite - chopped up in a food processor - use half to line the bottom of a spring form pan - regular size. Then choose any two of you favorite Turkey Hill ice creams and allow them to thaw (i place one at a time in the microwave to speed the process. Spoon almost all of the first one on top of the cookie crumbs and spread smooth. It will fill the pan about half way - eat the remaining ice cream from the almost empty container (ha ha). Next, sprinkle the remaing cookie crumbs onto the layer of ice cream, then spread the other flavor of your choice over the cookies (after pressing them into the bottom layer of ice cream a bit). Smooth out the top layer of ice cream and place the "cake" into a freezer for a few hours or over night. To serve - just use a warm water soaked washcloth to warm the springform pan outer edge - pop the lever - and remove the side of the pan. Use a hot knife (I soak two in hot water and alternate using them) to cut, serve and eat!

The Turkey Hill Swirly Cow recently visited The Art Institute of York - Pennsylvania when we changed our name from Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts. The cow was such a hit! She welcomed our students, faculty and staff on the first day of our new name...and her colors match our new logo. It was really a treat to have her as the focal point of our celebration. Thanks to all the nice folks at Turkey Hill for letting us show (all her sides!) off!
Cheers!

I saw my first Peep-Mobile yesterday on the Food Channel. Now if we can get the Giant Cow, the Peep-mobile, and the Oscar Mayer Weiner-mobile all in the same place, whatta celebration THAT could be!!
P.S. Why can't I find Columbian Coffee down here? It's a rarity.

We had a much nicer view though! lol
