The picture below is called “Roasted Pumpkin Ice Cream with Warm Caramel Sauce.” There’s not much we can say about it other than it looks DELICIOUS. Thanks to ChezDeniseetLaudalino over on Flickr for letting us use this incredible photo.
TODAY’S PRIZE: The Cuisipro Ice Cream Sandwich Maker. It’s kind of like a cookie cutter, except it makes ice cream sandwiches. You probably didn’t need that description. The name sort of says it all. Except it doesn’t say how awesome it is.

The perfect end of a Xmas day is with heaping sponfulls of Turkey Hill ice cream!!!
December 25th, 2007 at 12:29 amI remember the good ole days, when Mr. Softie came down our street with his music playing and all of us with our nickel in hand would run to the ice cream truck to choose our sweet treat. That ice cream was the very best, until Turkey Hill came along. Glad ice cream is still yummy.

December 16th, 2007 at 11:28 amWow - looks perfectly melted and creamy delicious! My aunt taught me at a young age the yummiest way to swirl your ice cream until it’s almost milk shake like, but not quite! This picture looks perfect!
December 16th, 2007 at 11:27 amLooks absolutely yummy!!
December 16th, 2007 at 11:21 amhey Darrell Bell your not a wierdo, we just get our ice cream out of the freezer about a 1/2 hour before we are ready to eat it. Plus you know I’m the who thought that the ice cream picture looks like the Nittany Lion getting ready to pounce. Call me crazy.
December 16th, 2007 at 11:18 amI often run my ice cream scoop under very hot water just to get that melted effect on my dish. Awesome. And an ice cream sandwich maker? Where have you been all my life?
December 16th, 2007 at 11:09 amIt looks delicious. Specially my brother likes the melted Ice Cream. He finds that delicious.
December 16th, 2007 at 11:01 ami love this time of year for all of the pumpkin products… but have to say my favorite turkey hill is still chocolate with the peanut butter ripples!!!!

December 16th, 2007 at 9:30 amNow that is a vision of lovelyness
December 16th, 2007 at 8:58 amThere has been a rise in the serving of “comfort food” mashed potatos, mac and cheese even in facy restaurants as a responce to the scary world situation.
The true comfort food for me is ice cream. Preferably coffee with hot fudge to create a mocha flavor. That’s comfort.
December 16th, 2007 at 8:55 amLooks pretty yummy to me!!!
December 16th, 2007 at 8:54 amPumpkin and caramel - NO
December 16th, 2007 at 8:43 amBrownies & vanilla & fudge - YES
Pick me I love ice cream sandwiches
December 16th, 2007 at 8:42 amI think Turkey Hill ice cream is delicious enough without the add ons.
December 16th, 2007 at 8:37 amWow, that looks yummy!
December 16th, 2007 at 8:33 amI agree with several others; This looks good, but it needs chocolate!
December 16th, 2007 at 8:25 amMy husband gets pumpkin ice cream every where they have it in the fall, but we’ve never found TH pumpkin. Rats!!!
December 16th, 2007 at 8:14 amI like this flavor so much I wish it weren’t just a seasonal item. This winter time flavor goes together so well with warm waffles.
December 16th, 2007 at 8:09 amJust give me peanut butter ripple with Hershey’s chocolate syrup
December 16th, 2007 at 8:08 amYum! Pumpkins and cranberries are my favorite autumn treats. I would add a little heated whole berry cranberry sauce to that and have it for Thanksgiving. Maybe a few times more!
December 16th, 2007 at 8:02 amWhat is with all you entering twice here. You are to comment ONCE , I hope they disqualify you for two comments, we all want to win, let’s play fair
December 16th, 2007 at 7:56 amThis looks fantastic. I recently got hooked on Pumpkin Butter and this ice cream goes one better with the caramel sauce. WOW!
December 16th, 2007 at 7:46 amNice photo! Really sells the ice cream.
December 16th, 2007 at 7:43 amBut I have to admit, hot fudge on any flavor still sells it best to me.
My family love the Turkey hill Ice cream with melted Peanut Butter on it.
December 16th, 2007 at 7:42 amPictures are worth and 1000 words, but only one comes to mind with this pic.
December 16th, 2007 at 7:03 amDelicious!
Who cares what flavor of topping — it’s ice cream, isn’t it????? In my family anything goes!
December 16th, 2007 at 6:54 amThis is one of the desserts you eat alone so that no one can see you lick the bowl! It looks delicious!
December 16th, 2007 at 6:50 amwho says it has to be warm out to enjoy ice cream? dress it up with the warm flavors of the season and ice cream is the perfect fire-side food.

December 16th, 2007 at 6:18 amWell, it is 5 am and the snow and sleet are coming down! I look to see what delicious Turkey Hill flavor I could indulge in—one of my favorites with caramel no less!

December 16th, 2007 at 5:26 amIt’s so heavenly and peaceful if we cause send a bowl over to end the war that would bet all merry christmas and happy new year to everyone L.Witherspoon
December 16th, 2007 at 5:14 amI thought I was the one of the few wierdos that put my ice cream in the microwave but I’m glad to see that someone else admits to doing the same thing. I guess since I can’t get any Coconut Creme Pie right now I have to settle for Vanilla & Orange Sherbert, I’ll confess it’s good also, but it’s just not the same as Coconut Creme Pie. I urge anyone who read this that if you ever have the privilege to try the Coconut Creme Pie you’ll be glad you did. The one thing I found out though it’s like eating potato chips you can’t stop at one bowl and so when you go to your local Supermarket you should pick up at least 3 containers you’ll kiss yourself for doing so. Turkey Hill please make Coconut Creme Pie a regular flavor. But I’m willing to try the Pumpkin, I’m going to look in my grocer’s freezer in the morning.
December 16th, 2007 at 4:44 amThat looks delicious. Would love to try it.
December 16th, 2007 at 2:25 ami love ice cream sandwhiches so i will love it too
December 16th, 2007 at 1:45 amI have never tried pumpkin but it sure looks good on this screen. I could get a spoon and dig in. Definitely will give it a try. People think I’m crazy but I like to put my ice cream in the microwave for about 20 seconds and it brings the full flavor out. Oh, so good.
December 16th, 2007 at 1:33 amOh that looks yummy!
December 16th, 2007 at 1:29 amThat ice cream looks delicious! Yummy!
December 16th, 2007 at 1:23 amYum….can I have a taste?
December 16th, 2007 at 1:16 amSounds great with a marshmallow topping and cinnamon.

December 15th, 2007 at 11:06 pm….”on the second day of ice cream Turkey Hill gave to me 2 cuisipro ice cream sandwich makers and the book “everybody loves ice cream”….
December 15th, 2007 at 10:49 pmI have not seen that roasted pumpkin ice cream in any of my stores! I feel deprieved! At least I have the cherry vanilla duetto on hand to comfort myself with.
hope I win!!
December 15th, 2007 at 10:44 pmI have a recipe for pumpkin-butterscotch pie. I am sure that this would be fantastic on top of that pie!
December 15th, 2007 at 10:43 pmIt has been snowing all day, all we can do is sit and watch, now where is the ice cream…….

December 15th, 2007 at 9:00 pmOh, my goodness, that ooie, gooie, richness of sticky, wicky caramel sauce on that creamy, dreamy ice cream. Now, that says it all.
December 15th, 2007 at 9:00 pmI might have to change my choice of my favorite ice cream!
December 15th, 2007 at 8:57 pmI didn’t even know that an ice cream sandwich maker existed except commercially. This is wonderful news! I can’t wait to try it with some yummy Turkey Hill ice cream.

December 15th, 2007 at 8:52 pmIt’s a shame we’re having a snowstorm because now we’re hungry for ice cream and don’t have any!
December 15th, 2007 at 8:52 pmSpeaking of ice cream recipes, anyone else as disappointed as me when they opened the new Turkey Hill calendar and saw it was just pictures instead of the great recipes they had last year?

December 15th, 2007 at 8:48 pmThat’s for me.
December 15th, 2007 at 8:37 pmI can’t wait to try some.
December 15th, 2007 at 8:35 pmTurkey Hill is ABSOLUTELY the best ice cream I have ever eaten. Party Cake is in my top 5 favorites!!!
December 15th, 2007 at 8:34 pmMy favorite flavor ice cream - I justify this one by the “calcium AND vitamin A & C” in one simple serving!!

December 15th, 2007 at 8:13 pmOooh Pumpkin Ice Cream. That probably is really good. Specially with the caramel.

December 15th, 2007 at 7:31 pmI love lots of flavors, when I was younger, I thought ice cream tasted like sand. I thought it was gritty. That was until I tasted Turkey Hill. It is great tasting. I love it!!
December 15th, 2007 at 7:31 pmYummm…this will be great during football.
December 15th, 2007 at 7:30 pmYummy!
December 15th, 2007 at 7:30 pmI’ve never heard of an Ice Cream Sandwich Maker, but LOVE Ice Cream Sandwiches!!!!
December 15th, 2007 at 7:29 pmchocolate is my all time favorite, but for variety coffee ice cream with chocolate sauce just can’t be beat. And for special occasions either cherry vanilla or better still — cherry chocolate.
December 15th, 2007 at 7:26 pmCuisipro Ice Cream Sandwich Maker… WOW. My daughter loves Ice Cream Sandwiches. If I don’t win, I will have to buy one!
December 15th, 2007 at 7:24 pmWow that Looks absolutely wonderfully. I am going to have to try that. Thanks for the picture. Oh and the Ice Cream Sandwich maker sound really nice too.
December 15th, 2007 at 7:19 pmThis would go great with a couple of fresh Christmas cookies and a cup of hot chocolate! Maybe it’s time to bake.
December 15th, 2007 at 7:18 pmadd a nutmeg biscotti, a hot mug of coffee and my latest read = comfort
December 15th, 2007 at 7:15 pmI have never seen this delisious looking pumpkin and Carmel sauce here in the Baltimore area. How can I find it close?
December 15th, 2007 at 7:14 pmMy mouth is watering for this ice cream, looks wonderful. Thanks for all the great flavors. I have so much Turkey Hill in my freezer there is hardly room for food.

December 15th, 2007 at 6:57 pmFirst, let me say, I have never met a Turkey Hill ice cream I haven’t liked. However, my favorite flavors are party cake, banana split and anything with chocolate. I am getting hungry writing this.
December 15th, 2007 at 6:51 pmThis sounds like something I’d like to offer at a Halloween party.
December 15th, 2007 at 6:49 pmRecipes for ice cream cookie sandwiches, cookie cutters, turkey hill ice cream, that sounds SO good. I am going to have my daughter bake some chocolate chip cookies while I run to acme and get some ice cream to stuff in the middle. Trimming the edges with some chocolate chips. YUM!!!
December 15th, 2007 at 6:48 pmgot to watch the fats, but your low fat ice cream is so good ,I’m hooked on Turkey Hill forever ,Thanks for making a great product that we can really enjoy.

December 15th, 2007 at 6:44 pmI am always looking for an alternative to pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving dessert. This might just do the trick. It looks delicious!
December 15th, 2007 at 6:42 pmI am always looking for something other than pumpkin pie for dessert at Thanksgiving. This looks like it would do the trick!
December 15th, 2007 at 6:41 pmHave you heard about the icecream diet???….That’s icecream till the cows come home….
December 15th, 2007 at 6:38 pmIf you put cool whip on the pumpkin ice cream, it takes exactly like pumpkin pie! YUMMMMMMMM!

December 15th, 2007 at 6:29 pmI’m not a big pumpkin fan but got to admit that looks good. We have a huge Pumpkin Show out here every year and every food item in the town becomes pumpkin. Guess i agree with Beth up above….the apple crisp deal in a picture like that would do it for me. But I’d give this a try too. Ice cream is ice cream, always a win win situation for my spoon.
December 15th, 2007 at 6:28 pmwhat a great addition to the christmas holiday…ice cream for dessert
December 15th, 2007 at 6:27 pmI think I’d prefer the pumpkin ice cream without the sauce.
December 15th, 2007 at 6:27 pmLooks Yummy!
December 15th, 2007 at 6:19 pmYou’re ice cream is the best, maybe because it comes from Amish country. I like all kinds, except none should ever contain raisins.

December 15th, 2007 at 6:12 pmOooh…melted ice cream! Never tried the pumpkin, but that slightly melted texture makes any icecream taste even better!
December 15th, 2007 at 6:12 pmAnything with carmel is ok with me.
December 15th, 2007 at 6:09 pmI could eat that for breakfast!
December 15th, 2007 at 6:08 pmLooks great, just the idea of Roasted Pumpkin ice Cream from Turkey Hill, with all the gooey warm carmel sauce is a great way to end a perfect evening. Sitting in front of a warm fire.
December 15th, 2007 at 6:05 pmLooks delicious! I wish I could get to the store, but I’m snowed in.
