Don’t look now, but the New Year is right around the corner. Okay, maybe not, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get started on the design of Turkey Hill’s annual calendar. Many of you are familiar with our calendar, which we give away for free to thousands of our customers each year.
We want to let our fans help create the 2009 calendar, which is why we’re asking you to send us photos of people or pets enjoying Turkey Hill ice cream or drinks. Your Boston Terrier waiting patiently while you dish up some Mango Duetto? That’s a photo! Your local Little League team cooling off with some Turkey Hill Iced Teas? That’s a photo, too! Your family enjoying some samples of Turkey Hill lemonade and ice cream while posing with our Giant Cow? That’s definitely a photo!
Sounds simple, right? That’s because it is. The photos can be candid or posed, but make sure the Turkey Hill logo is clearly visible in the image. The more clearly visible the logo, the better!
To submit your pictures, visit the “2009 Calendar Photo Contest” page of Turkey Hill’s website. Later this year, 12 pictures will be chosen to be featured in the 2009 calendar. We may also feature some of the photos throughout the year on the Ice Cream Journal. Good luck!

If you’ve got a technical question about the ice cream making process or some other inquiry about the nuances of America’s favorite treat, chances are Ernie has the answer. He might not be able to answer all questions, but he’ll try his best and some may be featured on the Ice Cream Journal.
can not wait see the photos of the little furry critters with there favorite ice cream in the calender, sounds like fun idea
What a great idea. I love my 2008 calendar because it looks great and reminds me how much I love Turkey Hill.
This sounds awesome….I’m going to start to think of what pictures I can take while I enjoy a nice big bowl of my favorite, Peanut Butter Ripple.
I have a great picture of my son eating a bowl of ice cream at a Phillies game…i’ll be sending it in!
Absolutely! Send those photos in. And like we said, it doesn’t have to be a photo you already have. It can be something half candid and half planned. Remember, Turkey Hill logos are a plus!
Every day I check my calendar I think of the tour we had thru Turkey Hill-it brightens up even the darkest days of winter. Oh,yes I am enjoying using the coupons on the last page also.
I was delighted to see one of your cows parked at Funk’s (local garden center) on the way home today. It brought a smile to my face almost as big as the one when I’m eating a big bowl of Turkey Hill ice cream.
My dog Molly and I have a bowl of Turkey Hill ice cream practically every night. If she doesn’t get it she will look at me and cry until I give in. My daughter is an aspiring photographer who would love to take her picture for the contest.
P.S. My favorite flavor is coffee but Molly will eat just about anything.
Turkey Hill is the bestest ice cream and the Duette is the hit of my day. I can eat it for all three meals. The taste is just so I cannot describe the quality. Your cows make the best ice cream products on earth. Continue to be the best and you have my vote for excellent all the time.
