(like that happens very often!lol) I”ve never looked, but does ice cream have an expiration date on it and if it does,,, what happens AFTER that date? I know if it’s kept long enough, it gets gooey or gets ice crystals in it,, but are there any health hazards to eating expired ice cream? (like that happens very often!lol)

Now I know how the syrup is formed is when they thaw. My question now is in June, July when strawbwerries are in season do you still use frozen ones or have a way to get the juice out of fresh ones?
