THIS MONTH’S PRIZE: ANDY WARHOL ICE CREAM CONES
Posted by: Turkey Hill Team
How cool is this thing? This fun little ice cream set comes with four colorful plastic cones, four spoons and an acrylic tray to hold everything until the party starts. We like this set so much, we bought one to give away here on the Ice Cream Journal. At the end of the month, one comment at random will be chosen and the author will receive this little gem. Of course, we’ll throw in a few coupons for some free ice cream to help get the party started!
Available at Wrapables.com.

If you’ve got a technical question about the ice cream making process or some other inquiry about the nuances of America’s favorite treat, chances are Ernie has the answer. He might not be able to answer all questions, but he’ll try his best and some may be featured on the Ice Cream Journal.

Your blog always has something cool to come back to look at or read about!
And thanks for linking to mine; I get a lot of readers from your site.
May 30th, 2008 at 1:24 pmHi,
Eat your ice cream all year long and love every flavor, especially coffee. That was my favorite till I let my husband try and now he loves it too.
Love your root beer float ice cream - I always try to buy a new flavor whenever I go. Would love to see a blueberry and vanilla ice cream flavor.

May 28th, 2008 at 9:16 pmI have been reading the blog but haven’t written in a while but I just had to comment on these cones-they will be perfect for summer cookouts. And the Turkey Hill coupons sure will make summer ice cream eating even better.
May 28th, 2008 at 9:08 pmThose look awesome! What a fun idea … and save the calories and $ from buying cones …. more room in the budget for ice cream!
May 28th, 2008 at 8:44 pmThat is so cool! Ice cream is good anyway you have it, but it would taste even better in those dishes. I can see my Moose tracks denali in them now! LOL!
May 28th, 2008 at 8:34 pmWow!What a neat concept. Makes eating ice cream even more fun that usual.
May 28th, 2008 at 6:59 pmWow! I have to say that those are the most attractive ice cream holders I’ve seen in a long time. Well, the most attractive, inedible, holders that is.
May 28th, 2008 at 6:51 pmthese cones are very good looking, but I prefer edible cones or cones big enough to fit on my head. ha.
May 28th, 2008 at 5:34 pmOn my way to Weight Watcher’s class this morning I passed a new billboard with your Duetto ad for your new flavor of Chocolate-Coconut. I wanted to jump into the billboard…YUM! How nice to know that I can always enjoy frozen treats this summer and stay on my diet.Turkey Hill is a ‘big girl-trying to get smaller’ BESTFRIEND! But eating my treat out of those cones is safer then jumping into a billboard.
May 28th, 2008 at 5:26 pmI love those colors cones, they look sooooo cool. I would love to put my Turkey hill strawberry and chocolate ice cream in them. Put a little Turkey hill tea in their too. I can’t stop looking at them. I know they look godd with all of turkey hill ice cream in them.
May 28th, 2008 at 1:28 pmTurkey Hill’s the best!!! The Warhol cones are awesome! Culture and Ice cream together, just WOW!!!
May 28th, 2008 at 1:28 pmWow! Talk about a bright addition to a home cooked meal. Those cones will make the dessert something to look forward to. Each person can fill them with their favorite Turkey Hill ice cream. I’ll be filling mine with vanilla! Yum! A few chocolate sprinkles and I’m in heaven!

May 28th, 2008 at 12:01 pmSo cool to hold my Turkey Hill ice cream!!!
May 28th, 2008 at 11:44 amThose are so cute! After style went through that whole black/white phase last year, I’m so glad to see bright colors back in!
May 28th, 2008 at 11:09 amHey, you did it again. You come up with the nicest things, - always a joy to have email from ya.

May 28th, 2008 at 10:08 amWith Turkey Hill Ice Cream, and a great set of Ice Cream Cones.
Nice Cones! Here you have the advantage of eating with a spoon and the hand friendly cone as a holder.
May 28th, 2008 at 10:07 amthese cones are cool, but eating the cone is one of the good things about ice cream
May 28th, 2008 at 9:48 amThese are the coolest cones I’ve ever seen, art w/ dessert, of course T.H. Ice cream! Can’t wait to win them, lol.

May 28th, 2008 at 8:55 amA different prize once again. The kids will enjoy them. Amy
May 28th, 2008 at 8:12 amIf you can’t get the last bit with a spoon just grab a straw.
May 28th, 2008 at 8:03 amVery cute although I don’t like to portion out my ice cream… I prefer to eat right out of the container… that way I don’t know how many calories I’m ingesting! But I wouldn’t mind winning the set… I’m sure my kids would like the colors/design! Thanks Turkey Hill for giving back to your customers! I appreciate the effort!
May 28th, 2008 at 8:03 ama different flavor, in a different colored cone. a feast for a turkey hill ice cream lover like me !
May 28th, 2008 at 8:00 amThey are pretty to look at but with the tapered bottom you can’t get that last bit of TH out with the spoon. It would be nice to have a curved bottom to match te spoon. With a sugar cone you get that last bit since you eat the bottom of the cone with it.
May 28th, 2008 at 7:50 amThose are way COOL. Now one can be a real “ARTIST” when mixing your favorite turkey hill ice cream. Mine would be orange cream and southern lemon pie - YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very cool prize turkey hill!!!!!!!
May 28th, 2008 at 7:15 amThese would look even better with the Turkey Hill ice cream in them - different flavors in each one, of course!
May 28th, 2008 at 7:13 amThese are ADORABLE. As an ice cream lover and screen print artist, it almost seems as if they were made for me!
May 28th, 2008 at 7:10 amHi T.H.T.! I went on the wrapables site, and was a bit surprised you didn’t choose the cow ice cream bowl and spoon…just seems a bit more Turkey Hill-ish. Thanks for your creativity and thoughtfulness!
May 28th, 2008 at 7:10 amI would love a set of the icecream cones for my grandkids but also for my husband. Maybe with these cones he would stop with one cone but i doubt it because he loves his Turkey Hill too much. thank you mary ann foster

May 28th, 2008 at 6:13 amAs colorful as the ice cream cone set is; nothing adds the final touch like fudge flavored ice cream. Fudge is the perfect finish for any ice cream or ice cream assessory.
May 28th, 2008 at 6:06 amThat would really brighten up a party. I would love to see them full of chocolate peanut butter cup.
May 28th, 2008 at 5:39 amTurkey Hill ice cream would be real nice in one of those cones but I am afraid I would have to fill it up a time or two! Do love your ice cream!
