My husband grew up in Pennsylvania. He ate Turkey Hill ice cream by the gallon , so he says. I always thought he was kidding me because having never been to the North, until recently, I thought he was making it up. Now I know there really is Turkey Hill ice Cream.

I think July is my new favorite month of the year now since I learned I can now dedicate it and associate it with ice cream. I want to win the grand prize more than anything else. I cannot tell you how wonderful and more enjoyable my life would be knowing I can always come home and have a bowl of ice cream…at no cost. I would rave about Turkey Hill to all my friends, and recommend it to them and preach how lucky I was to win. Not to mention as a recovering anorexic, the added ice cream to my diet would help me gain the weight I need!

A trip to Lancaster and possibly free ice cream for a year what could be better? We took our son to Lancaster last summer and he had a blast. We also had free ice cream and iced tea at the Cherry Crest Adventure Farm where we tried to make a hay structure. We lost but had a great time.

My all time favorite is Choclate Cherry Cordial but had to find a different flavor because when I would take it I would follow the fudge vein or keep digging out cherries and before you know it I would have demolished almost the whole container. Those fudge veins are just endless and gooey.

One of my fondest memories of growing up in Selinsgrove, PA., was visiting my Grandma & Grandpa Herrold and helping them make homemade vanilla ice cream in their 1950′s style kitchen. Thanks to Turkey Hill, I’m able to return to that time & place each time I dip into a bowl of your vanilla ice cream. Our local grocery store wasn’t stocking the fat free versions of your ice cream or yogurts, and since we have health issues that’s all we can eat.
After many requests, I am very pleased to say they now stock a small selection. Better than what we had, so we can still enjoy that fabulous taste. Thanks for working so hard to keep our ice cream something we can still enjoy!

My favorite is the mango duetto. My son Nicholas chooses the mint chocolate chip. He likes the fact that it is white and not the standard green color. I would love to see a Turkey Hill Red Raspberry Ice Cream with dark chocolate shavings. If shavings wouldn’t be a possibility maybe a raspberry puree rippling through the ice cream. I think raspberries are probably too costly to make this happen. Shucks!! My 13 year old Poodle Pierre and I have Turkey Hill (most times) ice cream every night!
He thinks his portion is too small.

I haven’t met a Turkey Hill Ice Cream that I didn’t like. Your ice cream reminds me of my childhood, under the old oak tree at my Nanny’s house. She would make a freezer of homemade ice cream and we would all take a turn churning. It made those hot days of summer more bearable.

My 85 plus year old mother who is diabetic, saves her one treat a day for her evening bowl of Turkey Hill icecream, either Dutch Choclate, Columbian Coffee or Moose Tracks. She loves icecream. I love to share a “banana dango” with my family on a really warm night! I put a big scoop ( or Two ) of vanilla ice cream in a dish, and banana slices and hot fudge topping. Ad some chopped nuts and enjoy!

Lancaster is a great place but Turkey Hill ice cream is greater. I love the chocolate and them mint. I years supply – wow – thank goodness I have 4 freezers. I “vacation” too.

Now that we have the second freezer, we’re able to stock up on LOTS of Turkey Hill Ice Cream, which is a good thing, since everyone in this family has more than one favorite! The tour of the dairy would be a real cool activity for the family, especially the kids. Every time we visit the Lancaster area, the kids get a kick out of pointing out the cows in the fields.

Everyone in my house loves Turkey Hill ice cream and we are especially grateful for the cooler bag we won from you last year. It makes sure our ice cream comes home still frozen. We will be eating Turkey Hill ice cream every day of July in celebration of ice cream month.

We do not need a special month to eat Turkey Hill ice cream but July is good month for it. Being able to win ice cream and have it all the time would an all high for all of us. Our “doxies” and Granddaughter would love it, too. Hallie said Grandma that would good. So let see how it goes. Turkey Hill yogurt is good anytime as well as other ice cream products.

WOW!! We found Turkey Hill in Lancaster Co. years ago and were delighted when we found it in Ohio!! We loved it in Penn. and now are very fortunate to be able to enjoy it here. Nothing beats a bowl of Turkey Hill Ice Cream any day of the year!!

I need a bigger freezer. When it’s ice cream buying time we all have our favorite flavors. Luckily they are all different so when I feel like a bowl of sherbet I know it will be there because everyone else chooses something different. The amish country is our favorite vacation spot. We have been staying at the Quiet Haven for over 40 years.

We as a family LOVE your products!!!! I think you should capitalize on the fact that your competitors are downsizing their portions and ioncreasing the costs of their products and you have not done that and hopefully dont intend to do that.

I live near the Turkey Hill dairy, but I’m on vacation in Colorado. I miss being able to get Turkey Hill ice cream while I’m here. But I was pleased to see that Turkey Hill iced tea is advertised prominently at some of the local mini-markets. It made it feel a bit like home. We, too, are imported from Lancaster County.

I’ll keep looking for Turkey Hill ice cream at the grocery stores here.

My family loves TH Ice Cream. I grew up in Berks County, and I really like the Duetto flavors. We’ve created our own little addition to them, by taking some Flat Earth Fruit Chips, like the Mixed Berry, crush them in our hands, and pour them ontop of the Raspberry Duetto Flavor. We also take the Lemon Duetto and add the Peach Mango Fruit Chips and do the same. The chips taste like ice cream cones, and but having it in a bowl, the ice cream doesn’t melt all over the sides of an ice cream cone and onto your hands. We would love to win a year’s supply of TH Ice Cream and stay in a local B&B. We are coming to Denver, PA for a wedding reception in August.
