We have ice cream every night at pretty much the same time. If I don’t get up by 8:15 pm to get the ice cream, my dog starts whining and looking at me like “come on already, I want my ice cream!” If she’s sleeping, she’ll come into the kitchen all sleepy eyed, licking her lips and staring at the counter waiting. I swear she’s part human! It just shows that even animals enjoy Turkey Hill! By the way, I did check with my vet and he said it was fine to give her a little bit.

Every evening my mom has a bowl of ice cream and as soon as her spoon clinks against the empty bowl both the dogs perk their ears up and run up to her. They get so excited to lick the bowl!

Our dog Fritz loves to share our ice cream.He likes all flavors, butwe never give him chocolate or fudge containing ones.

We also have a pet cat. But the warning is to be taken seriously. Even if our cat couldn’t eat ice cream our freezer would still be stocked full of Turkey Hill.

This is a wonderful picture, the expression on Smokey’s face tells you he is really enjoying the treat. Smokey looks amazing for being 20 years old in the photo, obviously loved, and well cared for. It’s so good to hear other pet lovers making life a little bit sweeter by sharing T.H. with their pets.

That picture is so cute, Please ask your vet. if you can feed your cat or any kind of cat or dog ice cream. before you give it to them. Turkey Hill ice cream, I can see why all creator love turkey hill ice cream…it is so good.

My Westie (Shaelynn) loves Turkey Hill Ice Cream. Every night she gets her dish of Vanilla, while we have another flavor. Oh I am sure she would also eat another flavor, but she likes Van. with a dollip of Peanut Butter on it. Gotta love them eating Ice Cream. I also had six poodles who loved TH, and I never had one dog ever get sick from eating Ice Cream. Funny though, none of them would eat DQ ice milk, and I don’t blame them.LOL. Linda

When my brother-in-law was dating my sister they would ofter bring take out sundaes home for the rest of the family. Our cat, Bootsie, would just go bonkers before the lids were even removed from the sundae dishes. Needless to say we had to put him in another room and close the door in order to eat. When we were done he’d lick the dishes, chocolate syrup, marshmallow, nuts and anything else that was left. Of course, this was the cat that also loved vegetable soup.

I have had several dogs and all liked to have their own ice cream whenever we ate it. Only ever gave them vanilla.

My toy poodle, Bijou, lived with me all of her 17 years, 3 months, and 2 days.
She, too, enjoyed Turkey Hill Ice Cream,
BUT had flavor preferences! A favorite
would be lapped up from her dish quickly, then the little black nose would push against my leg for more!

i do have kitty cat who loves icecream too with in moderation, but i also have carrin terrier whos name is smokejoe. and we are here in ny state and he loves turkey hill icecream and agin with in moderation. but see smokys are great icecream pets my cat is 18 yrs old. doggie is 5 so we all love our animals.

I don’t know about mouse ice cream(eeewww) but you can get ice cream specifically made for dogs-one product is called Frosty Paws-maybe Turkey Hill should look into making ice cream for animals-by the way, do those turkeys on the hill eat ice cream? condolences to Christine and Aunt Dottie-did the Turkey Hill ice cream contribute to Smokey’s longevity?

As a teenager, I worked at an ice cream stand. A lot of customers ordered a cone for themselves, then soft-serve in a cup for their dog. But I never had a customer with a cat…I guess they are harder to take out on a leash! Does Turkey Hill make MOUSE ice cream????
