As an active member of the community, Turkey Hill is involved in a lot of different sponsorships, especially when it comes to local sports. WGAL is the NBC affiliate serving the Harrisburg and Lancaster region and Turkey Hill is the sponsor of a program called “Football Friday.”
After two of WGAL’s Friday round-ups of local high school football news, the first person to call in wins a Turkey Hill Ice Cream party for their entire high school. The first Football Friday show takes place tomorrow night on WGAL (channel 3) from 11:35 pm to 12:05 am. We know it’s late, but when you’ve got a chance to win an ice cream party for an entire school, we think it’s worth staying up for!

Have you thought this out carefully? Do you realize how very much ice cream an entire school can eat (especially if they make a friendly contest of it)??? I remember back when my teenage son had a pancake eating contest with a buddy…it tied at 20 pancakes each because I ran out of Bisquick by then. Mmmmmm, ice cream on pancakes!
Wow what a great prize for the school. That is a lot of Turkey Hill ice cream, and a fabulous thing to do for local sports.
T.H.T. you are AWESOME! Another GREAT idea that brings people together in a positive way! Thanks for all you do.
Lucky students!!
It’s very generous of you to offer this to the high school students!
What school wouldn’t want a huge ice cream party especially with Turkey Hill. You couldn’t extend that offer down here in my area of Maryland, could you? My son would be the first on the phone to get that ice cream for his high school.
HOPE THE WHOLE TEAM COWS OUT!
I am sure the kids love this contest. WHo wouldn’t be a hero if they won Turkey Hill for their entire school. Turkey Hill you have great community spririt.
Way to go TH and High School teams!
This is a lucky school to have Turkey Hill in their community……hope all the students enjoy the ice cream
Good for you Turkey Hill! Working with students and caring, thats what its all about. Turkey Hill for everyone!!!
In answer to your October poll question, my son favorite combination especially on the 4th of July, was strawberry ice cream, vanilla ice cream and black raspberry. He called it his red, white and blue combination and it really tasted good. Of course, being a good mother, I had to make sure it was OK for him to eat it. I mean, he was only 25 and you never stop being a mother.
Rooting for Etown Bears. That school could sure use a lot of ice cream and they deserve it. GO BEARS
football and ice cream, that sounds delicious, nothing better on a fall day than turkey
Once again TH has shown other’s a “cool” way to help the community come together. What more could any ask for on a Friday night than a good game of football, and some Turkey Hill ice cream! Keep up the “oool” work!
