We hope everyone had a happy and safe Thanksgiving holiday. Thanksgiving in Lancaster County (for those of us who celebrated it here) went off without a hitch, aside from a few overcooked turkeys. Of course, with turkey day behind us, that means Christmas is right around the corner.
Speaking of which, you’ll all be happy to know that our “12 Days of Ice Cream” celebration will return once again to the Ice Cream Journal. That means one new entry and one great prize every day during the 12 days leading up to Christmas. Stay tuned!

If you’ve got a technical question about the ice cream making process or some other inquiry about the nuances of America’s favorite treat, chances are Ernie has the answer. He might not be able to answer all questions, but he’ll try his best and some may be featured on the Ice Cream Journal.
Thankfully I will be spending a great deal of the 12 days of Christmas in Lancaster County on vacation! I’ll be sure to stock up on Turkey Hill.
looking forward to those 12 days!
I cannot spend the 12 days of Christmas in the central Pennsylvania area, (which was home for so many years), but I can sure try and get relatives to do it. I love TH products and I cannot get them where I live. Have to drive over 50 miles one way! Which I have at times and stock up! Turkey Hill is the BEST. Would be a nice Christmas Present, if I Could have it readily near to me. Merry Christmas, everyone.
How about a 12 days of Christmas Turkey Hill song?

Not a creature was stirring not even a mouse
The children were lying asleep in their beds
And visions of Turkey Hill ice cream danced in their heads.
