HAPPY BIRTHDAY, FARM SHOW!
Posted by: Turkey Hill Team
As reported previously on the Ice Cream Journal, Turkey Hill is sampling our wares – including Duetto and our new ice cream cakes – at the Pennsylvania Farm Show (January 10-17). Yesterday, the Turkey Hill Team helped celebrate the 93rd birthday of the Farm Show by presenting an oversized ice cream cake to Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture Dennis Wolff.
Thankfully, we were able to find a cake artist who could replicate the Turkey Hill logo on the cake. It looked so nice, we almost didn’t want to cut it up, but we did, and everyone loved it! The Farm Show will be open for another three days, so feel free to visit and stop by the Turkey Hill booth!

If you’ve got a technical question about the ice cream making process or some other inquiry about the nuances of America’s favorite treat, chances are Ernie has the answer. He might not be able to answer all questions, but he’ll try his best and some may be featured on the Ice Cream Journal.

Of course you know I drink alot of your Green Tea, I mean gallons. Lately I have been buying a couple of Black Cherry ice cream but I decided to taste your Duetto and it is delicious. I will get it from now on. Question? is this product contain less fat.
