Last year we released a Limited Edition ice cream in February designed perfectly for that special someone (you!) on Valentine’s Day. Our Gertrude Hawk Box of Chocolate was such a delicious hit that we decided to release it in January this year so that you would have plenty of time to get a container for your loved ones on Valentines Day!
For those of you that don’t know, Gertrude Hawk Box of Chocolates is a milk chocolate ice cream filled with dark chocolate raspberry cups, chocolate almonds and white chocolate chunks and swirled with chocolate chips. It’s practically your own box of chocolates in a container of ice cream! Really, what better way is there to surprise a loved one on Valentines Day than with a bouquet of roses and a box of chocolates (Turkey Hill Gerturde Hawk Box of Chocolates that is).

Love it, Love it. I am a fan of adding delightful tastes to ice cream. The chocolate ice cream is sooooooo creamy and adding all those flavorful chocolates are TERRIFIC.
I have to try this! It sounds like a Valentine’s party in a dish. I think I’ll serve it in crystal champagne coupes — very legant treatment for a very indulgent treat!

This is the most perfect flavor ever….I buy 4 containers at a time, we can’t get enough…I am glad they put it out early this year and wish they would make it a regular flavor!

Thank You for bring back my All-Time flavor!!! Box of Chocolates is the so good, It is like eating a box of chocolate with a glass of your flavor champagne or sparkling water. I can’t waited to buy it. next week is my birthday and I am going to see if they have Box of chocolate in store. That is ging to be my birtday gift to me. On mother I like to have Chocolate and champagne. Now I am going to buy a extra box of chocolate in put it in the freeze for Mother have with my champagne. This would be nice t give to someone who love chocolate and sparkling wine or water. The box of chocolate ice cream is so good together. The box of chocolate is like eating a box candy but better. I am in ice delight, when I eat turkey Hill box of chocolate ice cream. Turkey Hill thank you again for the or one of the best flavor ice cream.

I have already gone thru one box (and it is not even February) and have two in our freezer. My problem now is we are visiting our grandchildren in Fla. and the “Boxes of Chocolate” are up north in the freezer. For those of you who never eaten it buy at least two to save a trip back to the store for more.
I do believe this is one of the flavors down in my freezer! I”ll have to make sure I get a taste of it, before hubby eats the entire container,, it sounds delicious!
Chocolate ice cream and a lot of chocolate mixed together sounds like a dream come true to me!! I did not see this ice cream last year but I am going to start looking for it today!! I can’t wait to try it.

There is no way I could wait until Valentine’s Day knowing that this is my store now….I’ll be heading out shortly and they better have it in stock! The first one is for me but I will buy extras to share with my Grandchildren on Valentine’s Day.

I have three boxes of it in my freezer- it’s that good! I bought about 10 last year.
Don’t know how I missed the box of chocolates last year, no way will I miss this year.I can hardly waite to have some.

Ok, the chocolate doesn’t do it for me, but the combination with the raspberries and almonds is mouthwatering!

For some reason I am having a hard time thinking about the combination with the ice cream…but since I have never tried it, I can’t give a good opinion as to whether I would enjoy this one or not.

So glad Gertrude Hawk’s ice cream has come back this year. Can’t wait to get it. I knew Gertrude Hawk personally years ago. She and I both belonged to Daughters Of America lodge in Scranton, Pa. Always ate her chocolate all year, especially now at Easter time. Delicious and I know that good taste has carried on into the Turkey Hill ice cream. Go for it.

This is my absolute favorite Turkey Hill flavor. Yipee! I am ecstatic beyond words this is back! Forget the candy, flowers, and jewlry…this is the perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Takes YUM to a whole new level. THANK-YOU SO MUCH!!!

This sounds like an ideal gift for my wife for Valentines Day. What a surprise it would be to give it to her now instead of Feb. 14th. Now I just have to find a store that sells this limited edition flavor.

This is the best ice cream i ever ate. I wish it was and all year thing and not a limited editon. I hate having to go all year and only get a box or two if im lucky. They dont make much of it.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this flavor and also wish they would have it all year round. My only complaint is the white chocolate chunks; I’m not a fan at all of white chocolate and I feel that the flavor hinders all the good real chocolate yumminess. Anyone else feel the same way?

I have not tried this flavor(not a big white choc. fan), but I thought it odd on the Turkey Hill calendar that the picture on it shows a dog eating out of a carton of this flavor ice cream and thought it in bad taste(no punn) since chocolate can be lethal to them.
