Not just for Valentine's Day! I can see this at an engagement party, a bridal shower, anniversary party, celebrating successful cardiac surgery, all sorts of occassions. They look like a real pleaser. Yum!

I've been eating a scoop of TH IC on my brownies for quite a while. But now I can add the 'extras' and make a super desert for just adults! I also make the brownies in a pie pan since I have a friend who absolutely loves the 'end pieces' but never thought to use the jelly roll pan for the crispyness he likes! Thanks for all your ideas!

I'd like to make a bunch of these, but
I can't make too many since Turkey Hill
ice cream has reduced the size of it's
containers to 1.5 quarts. I bet they are
really tasty.

Looking at the recipe this is a potent brownie - Bailey's Irish Cream and Kahlua. Throw in Turkey Hill ice cream and you have the perfect Valentine's dessert.

What a delicious recipe! Thanks, and happy Valentine's Day to all. This is my favorite holiday. My older son and his wife were married on Valentine's Day and we're going to celebrate their anniversary with them today.

My new novel THE DROWNING POOL will also be published at the end of this month by Five Star/Gale. So this February is really special for me.
Now I think I'll celebrate with a Turkey Hill valentine!

a local pizza shop has a heart-shaped pizza tomorrow. the large cookie kiosk in the mall used to cut their large (12-15") cookies into hearts on V Day. so a heart-shaped ice cream sandwich is appropriate. you could probably substitute your favorite 4" cookies for the fresh brownies.
