Everyone loves games, right? Especially when you can win free ice cream (or, in this case, a free ice cream cake). To help spread the word about Turkey Hill’s new ice cream cakes, we’ve created a new game on our website involving an ice cream cake (of course) and 75 candles.
The object is simple: Blow out all 75 candles before they melt. But even if you don’t extinguish the flames in time, after each game you can enter to win a free 8-inch Turkey Hill ice cream cake. We’ll give away one cake every week to one person chosen at random, so feel free to play as often as you’d like.
Also, our ice cream cakes are available in several new locations, including Giant Food Stores, Waldbaums, A&P, Superfresh, and Pathmark, with Acme stores soon to be added. We’ll also be adding an ice cream cake locator to our store locator soon!

If you’ve got a technical question about the ice cream making process or some other inquiry about the nuances of America’s favorite treat, chances are Ernie has the answer. He might not be able to answer all questions, but he’ll try his best and some may be featured on the Ice Cream Journal.
Slow computer and Windows-98,and dial-up connection—just couldn’t blow out many in time.
Wow…..choco peanut butter cup is the real deal….delicious!!!! Just tried one of your ice cream cakes and wouldn’t get anything other from now on!
Thank you Turkey Hill!!!
dang game is hard, hope someone blow out the candle and wins
I tried and tried to blow out alot of the candles, but every time only 9 go out. I guess I need a Turkey Hill Ice cream fix. I am so glad to see the TH ice cream cakes in out Giant Stores. I am going there shortly and getting one or two. Linda
Can’t get the candles blown—how do you blow them???
fun!
cool
I got 30. It told me I wasn’t good enough! The nerve!!! It’s fun anyway.
I am a technophobe, and could not figure out how to “blow” the candles out. However, I think your light moose tracks is the best ice cream ever! Of course, I looked for your box of chocolate flavor, and my favorite stores said they never saw it. What a shame!
love reading the ice cream blog and checking out the newest tournament match-ups! somehow my favs always end up losing though
Very cool! You’ve named several of the supermarket chains to which I have access. I’ll be looking for the ice cream cakes. They are great for the children’s birthdays. Mine feel it’s not really their birthdays unless we serve ice cream cake.
I want one of these cakes for my birthday, and I’ll eat it too.
I am working on getting them all blown out. Just imagine when I have that many candles on my birthday cake. Just hope God grants me good health.
I really cant get the hang of it, no matter how many times I try, the most I get is nine, O WELL! Hope I see 75 for real on my cake at that time. God Bless
WHEW! This is way harder then it looks! Good challenge.
did not get one candle-what am I doing wrong?
I played and only blew out 1, however it tells me my score is 0-9???? Love your ice cream, ever one of them!!!
Can’t wait to try your ice cream cakes!!!
Fun game – wish it was real and I was blowing candles out on a cake now! Nothing like birthday cake for breakfast!
Fun game — but I’m too slow to get all 75. Most I got was 43. But I bet a game whiz could do it (like a teenager, which I’m not). Anyway, the chance to win a Turkey Hill ice cream cake was worth it. Thanks!
WOW! I got all 75! This was fun and a great way to procrastinate!
It looks like no turkey for me. Our operating system is too old to load the lastest flash. I will just have to buy it for my hubby’s birthday. You know a turkey for a turkey who won’t break down and get a new Imac.
It (the game) didn’t work for me. I’m going to check out the Ice Cream cakes though.
Didn’t do too good on the game, but I sure hope I can win a cake, yummy!
I must be slower than I thought I was!
I know now that my eye and hand coordination is better at eating ice cream than playing games.!!!
Getting a bowl of Turkey Hill is easier and much more satisfying. (Darn game)
I hated the game the first time. This time actually gave me directions. I wondered why I was so pathetic the first time. Now I feel much better, but having a bowl of ice cream would be even more comforting!
This game is soooo hard! I never got more than 12 candles. Time for some Turkey Hill!
Need more instructions.
Good luck, everyone. It looks like something my kids would enjoy.
This is a really fun game – most I got was 49, but I’m going to keep trying to get all 75! I can’t wait to try the TH ice cream cakes – just found out they are being sold in my city!
I love Games, good luck to everyone. Even if you don’t win you still have fun trying!!
Too bad! Not my kind of game. I’m better at things like trivia. Maybe next time. Or making little words out of big words. I can do that kind of stuff!
Now I deserve a little treat.
No such luck, game would not open, much rather have coupons for Turkey Hill Ice Cream.
I really tried but I could not get the game to play, but I don’t have place near my to get an ice cream cake anyway. i really would one for my mom’s 83rd birthday in June but not happening, was a good idea though.
The cake game didn’t work for me, and I did try several times. I don’t think that our stores have them yet. We are so happy to get the calendar every year, but we use the coupons too quickly.
Tried the game several times – toooo frustrating!!! Where are the coupons and calendars that everyone talks about receiving? Sure would help in these poor economical times. Nothing better to help get over the blues than ice cream!!
I couldn’t get the game to work at all. It reminds me of my 45th birthday and my Mother’s 75th birthday party last year. She blew out more of the candles than I did! Who gets the free ice cream cake???
Hi Turkey Hill, I tried playing the games and nothing happen. I love the other game you have. But I am gign to keep tried to play this game so I can win the ice cream cake. I know my grandson(all of them) would love the ice cream cake that grandmom brenda won for them. Turkey Hill you are # ice cream in my home.
Hi Turkey Hill, I just tried playing the ice cream game and nothing happen. I play the other games. I was hopping to win the game so I acn witn the ice cream cake for my grandson’s. I still love turkey hill ice cream
Hey fellow candle blowers- click the mouse over the flames before they burn out. you can take a second breath if there is still time. when you click you see a target and place that over the flame and it will go out. but the candles burn fast. remember to take a breath and start clicking on the candles. All that said, the best i got was 29! candles- but my average is 18. But all said- BRING ON THE ICE CREAM
Hahahah!! That was fun. And a fun way to take a little break. Too bad my birthday’s not til November!
sounds good to me
I couldn”t get the game to blow out the candles, but I will keep on trying. Everyone in my family loves ice cream cakes and I always buy one for their birthdays so I will try one for the next birthday
I love games. Yours is fun. I’ll keep trying for the 75.
i like this game, it’s different. i had a little trouble in the beginning but than realized what i was doing wrong.
Wow-I really stink at this! But the humiliation will be worth it if I win a TH cake!
CAN’T GET THE GAME TO WORK—WISH I COULD —-THANKS FOR THE CHANCE
Looks like I’m not the only one that can’t get the game to work. I was prepared be embarrassed! Good idea though. Would LOVE to win an ice cream cake.Turkey Hill makes the BEST natural Ice creams! Favorite is Philadelphia Style Vanilla Bean—yummy!!!!!!
Please make coupons available! I buy as many cartons as I can–It’s my nite-cap……
can’t get the game to work really would have liked to enter the contest is there another way to enter?
The game is not working.
I could not get the candles to light.
Kept on trying, but the game doesnt work, the candles wont light, how do you win?
Not only is this game addicting and satisfyingly fun, but it also is a self-esteem booster and has changed my views on the candle tradition. Growing up, at my birthday parties I would never get a chance to blow out the candles on my cake because my eager cousins or siblings would push to the front or blow them out before the end of the song just as I was taking a big breath. Then, after my spell of pneumonia, I now can not blow out all the candles, so at school I get made fun of. But this game has returned all the fun to the time old tradition. I can now blow with the rest of everyone. And each time (even if I don’t get them all out), I reward myself with a big bowl of ice cream. Even better than the delayed gratification of winning the cake and having to wait for it to arrive in the mail. Oh Turkey Hill, you will never cease to provide me with entertainment and treats!
I love Turkey Hill ice cream (especially the Fried Ice Cream flavor and the Pumpkin flavor that I can’t find anymore.
I couldn’t get the game to work either.
I really, really, really wish they bring a peanut butter cup ice cream to our Shoprite of Succasunna, NJ! My boys love peanut butter, and if there was peanut butter cup (especially a lite version with less fats) we would all buy it!
I also tried and tried and tried but couldn’t get the candles to go out..
Game’s not working — ice cream works better!
Game’s not working — Hope prizes work!
I have so enjoyed palying the Turkey Hill games. They are challenging but. fun.
I’m dissapointed. I sent a question to your expert and never received an answer. My question was what ice cream would you reccomend that is low in sugar and fat?
I blew out 36 candles love this game. And all the ice cream too.
Could not get candles to light!!
Love your Ice Cream!
Thanks for a great product, I love your chocolate ice cream the best.
The best thing about waking up each morning is having my morning coffee with your chocolate ice cream in it.
September 25, is my birthday and I would like to win a ice cream cake, and,or a discount coupon.
