Sure, you could just buy ice cream cones from the grocery store (something we don’t do often enough), but you can also make ice cream cones at home! Because we all know, when it’s homemade, it just tastes better. Usually, at least.
Now you can make your own cones with the Chef’s Choice 838 Waffle Cone Express Ice Cream Cone Maker. It’s kind of like a waffle iron, except it can be used to make sugar cones “in about two minutes.” It even comes with a cone rolling form and recipes. As always, one lucky commenter will be chosen from all the comments entered on the Ice Cream Journal this month to receive this do-it-yourself gift. Good luck!

WHOA!! AWESOME!! An ice cream cone maker? Oh, the possibilities!
MMMMMMMM…. Ice cream cones and ice creammmm…..
In October at my wedding we are replacing the traditional wedding cake with ice cream! Our caterers are making it homemade and I couldn’t be more excited! But in the spirit of our eco-friendly event I have been hunting all over the place for recycled or biodegradable ice cream cups.. but what would be more earth friendly than making our own cones[bowls that you eat + love] then there would be no waste!! Wonderful idea!
I have a pizelle maker but I doubt it can make waffle cones as well as that beauty!
wonderful idea for may prize;; nothing could top this , really cool
Usually I’m not a big fan of gadgets but this one is surely important to any family that loves Turkey hill Ice cream
Looks like a fun and easy to use appliance.
I would love to win the waffle cone maker.
This looks like fun ,hope iam not too late to try it.
I have been an ice creamaholic since I was a small child. The cone maker is very cool and it would be the perfect pairing with either the Southern Lemon Pie or Mocha ice cream that I love. I am such a nut when it comes to ice cream, that my neighbor allows me to store extra cartons of ice cream in her large basement freezer when I have run out of space in mine!!!!
I love ice cream and would love to make my own cones with this wafflecone maker.
If I could put one of my favorite flavors in the cone-Southern Lemon Pie, that would be even better!!
I’m dreamy for some creamy ice cream.
