We stumbled across the photo above and got a bit of a chuckle out of it. After all, garlic, while tasty in most Italian dishes, isn’t on most people’s list of tempting ice cream inclusions. Which probably explains why this ice cream stand is giving it away for free. Still, most of us agree that we’d at least try some. Judging by the group of samplers gathered in front of the stand, it looks like these festival goers would too.
Which brings us to this month’s poll. This question was actually asked here on the Ice Cream Journal a long, long time ago, but in the spirit of garlicky French vanilla, we thought we’d ask it again: What’s your favorite ice cream inclusion? Sound off with your answer on the right.
