I was going to “google” these stories, but I decided to just guess and my guess is “THE MIRACLE DESSERT” is not true. if it were true, we probably would have heard the news.

I will say the Miracle Dessert is untrue. If it isn’t then the U.S. should have that shipped to every hospice center.

It has to be Whos got the sprinkles. the area would have been closed off and this would not have been allowed. However it does make you think about Ice Cream and I am sure the boy walked miles to get some and it sounds great for chemo patients to help them through their challenges. And why not treat the kids, ICream always brings in lots of business. Also we all need to pray and think about our active soldiers and their families and ALL USA
Veterns who have sacrified for our wonderful freedoms.

They all seem believable but I am not sure if #1 is true, but it is plausible. I would hope that # 2 is true, so I am thinking that # 4 is false.

The lost and found story sounds phony to me. This has got to be the made-up story. If the first story is true about the overturned truck spilling out all that ice cream onto the street, how I wish I had been there with my spoon to sample the goodies!

I’d say “1935 all over again”. Kids these days get $5 for an allowance, not a nickel.
Everyone, not just kids, would be lining up for a nickel scoop.

People! So busy counting stries! My, my. Anyway, i too guess it’s the one about the kid in the middle of the night. Loved hearing about the wrecked truck full of ice cream. Wish it happened in front of my house. Not that I want anyone to get hurt. I remember hearing (and seeing) on the news about an egg truck that tipped over. What a mess that was!

okay. So when do we find out which is the false story. I remember last time you did this I never found out.

Ok that explains it, Lost & Found is fake, my grandsons at 8 years old were mature enough NOT to go wondering out of the house for a stolen mid-night snack, so I’m guessing most 8 yr olds are the same.

The 5th story was false since it was not there. I didn’t check with SNOPES.com for the other 4 but asked Hubby. He said the overturns truck can be true as long as the scavengers got there before it melted. The miracle dessert also can be true since a side effect of chemo is nausia. Lost kid also can be true since all humans have a yen for ice cream at odd times and last the nickel a scoop is a great publicity stunt to drum up future business.

Uh, people, it says four of the stories are 100% true and one is made up. Well there are only four stories Sprinkles, Miracle, Lost, and 1935. So they all must be true or some one at Turkey Hill has miss-counted.

I think lost & found is the fake story, an 8 year old would know that eating ice cream in from the grocery store is not acceptable behavior.
