I agree with lee carr to use the graham slam ice cream and chocolate marshmallow ice cream with oreos as the cookies to crumble in between the layers.

It’s always fun to jazz up ice cream and add to its flavor. The simple way is to add syrup or sprinkles. The more interesting way is to follow a recipe like this ice cream pie. It looks great and I am sure tastes great as well.

Sounds like a take on a Carvel or Coldstone Creamery Cake. What used to be something oh so special can easily be replicated at home.

As for me, chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. Maple walnut would do it, too, but that flavor, I don’t know why, is virtually impossible to find.
