I would enjoy eating this pie especially because of the peanut butter. My son, who loves ice cream pies, would have to pass on this one because of his peanut allergy. If recipes could substitute something else for peanut butter it would be great for those with nut allergies.

This is a great recipe and can be varied by adding or exchanging ingredients. I would use smooth peanut butter for a melt-in-your-mouth taste.

Sounds like you could save a step and use Turkey Hill Chocolate and Peanut Butter Ice Cream and not loose any of the flavour.

It look good, but I will pass for just ice cream pie made with whipped cream and ice cream, mix well add your flavor topping mix well. pour into a cooked cool pie crust. Top with any kind of fruits jams freeze unti hard. Make sure the ice cream is soft before you mix it with the whipped cream. I love to add fresh blueberries to my ice cream and top with cherry jam.
