If you’re like many of us here at Turkey Hill Dairy, you’re a little (or a lot) behind in your Christmas shopping. Don’t worry, we’re here to help. We’ve scoured the internet for five of the best gifts to get the ice cream lover in your life and listed them below. If you order in the next few days, they should be here by Christmas!
SNOW CONE MACHINE - Okay, this isn’t technically an “ice cream” gift, but snow cone machines are still pretty cool and this one from Nostalgia Electrics ($59.99) would help satisfy any ice cream lover’s sweet tooth.
FANCY ICE CREAM BOWLS - Hey, you love your ice cream, right? So it makes sense to eat it out of something that says “I take my desserts seriously!” This set of six Bormioli Rocco Jerba ice cream bowls ($32 to $36, available in clear or blue) will say that loud and clear.
FAKE ICE CREAM – What ice cream lover doesn’t want an ice cream sundae piled high with whipped cream and chocolate syrup? Now they can have it 24/7 thanks to this very real looking fake three-scoop sundae ($22.94)!
10 POUNDS OF SPRINKLES! - That’s right, TEN POUNDS of sprinkles ($24.75). That’s a lifetime supply of sprinkles (or, for some people, jimmies). If the ice cream lover in your life is really good, tell them the lifetime supply of ice cream might follow next year.
AN ICE CREAM TIE - Sure, it’s another tie for dad, but it’s not just any tie, it’s an ice cream tie ($14.32). Okay, so maybe he’ll only wear it on special occasions and trips to the ice cream shop, but we’re willing to bet he’ll get a lot of compliments along the way!
By the way, don’t forget to stop by the Ice Cream Journal tomorrow night (Wednesday) between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. for our second Ice Cream Journal Ice Cream Party! The theme for this party is Turkey Hill seasonal flavors (Egg Nog, Ginger Snap or Rum Raisin), but feel free to bring a bowl of whatever flavor you like. During that time we’ll all meet here on the blog and chat via the comments about the flavors. We’ll also have some trivia contests with prizes (free ice cream). See you then!

TODAY’S PRIZE: Not only does ice cream make you feel better when you eat it, but now it can make you feel better when you bathe with it. That’s right, bathing with ice cream. Well, not real ice cream, but ice cream soap. One comment chosen at random from this entry will win this squeaky clean prize. Good luck!

If you’ve got a technical question about the ice cream making process or some other inquiry about the nuances of America’s favorite treat, chances are Ernie has the answer. He might not be able to answer all questions, but he’ll try his best and some may be featured on the Ice Cream Journal.

My friends who are on weight watchers & Nutri system diets would be too tempted if I put that ice cream soap bar out. I would love to have it to sit on the counter when we have lunch & bring that out & tell everyone they are on the honor system. If they want or have the points they can go ahead & have that desert! That would be so funny to see who would cave first as we all love ice cream.

Talk about something to promote World Peace —- whoopie pie soap from Turkey Hill Dairy. Doesn’t get any better than that!!!
Great idea – Ice Cream Soap? Turkey Hill you are amazing – keep the ideas coming
I think “Ice Cream soap” is udderly ridiculous. It moo’ved me to laughter. It is one of the craziest gifts I’ve ever “herd” of. “Cow” can I get some for myself? my stomach will churn in anticipation of winning, and if buttering you up would help, “Hay”, I would try it. I hope to hear that I won, by Sundae!
Even the thought of ice cream soap makes one smile.
ice cream is necessary all year long!!!
How cute those little soaps are! I also like the idea of a snow cone machine for Christmas. That would be a great idea for fund raising for the youth ministry. Great Ideas!
I JUST LOVE ME SOME CREAMY TURKEY HILL ICY CREAM!!!

Yes, ice cream is the best, but a snow cone is a close second. A great gift!

Looks yummy. I can share it with my honey.
If I win this, I’ll shower more than twice a week!
I am not so much behind on my Christmas shopping, but I am behind on my blogging! I don’t know how I could possibly miss the first day of the 12 day ice cream count-down to Christmas. I look forward to it every year, and even dedicate the entire month of december to my favorite frosty treats, and try to get in as my new flavors as possible.
But I guess I should look to the positive that I only missed one day and can jump right into the countdown, and just eat an extra serving of ice cream today! (ah only 25 more minutes left, I better go scoop now
Is there any way you can change the free gift for today to the snow cone machine?! That is hours of entertainment and enjoyment right there and I find myself obsessing over it just looking at it! Unfortunately it is too expensive for my budget, but maybe the Santa and elves working at Turkey Hill will generously give it away???!!! wishful thinking huh?!
I like the coupons!
Wow!! How we will dream of ice cream sandwiches, even while bathing with one. Ild probably lose the soap when my twin granddaughts came–they like my tub.

.
My daughters once got fancy ice cream bowls in their stockings. They would love the soap–especially since my oldest just got home from college and is enjoying not sharing a bathroom with anyone else(except her sister).
It’s so realistic. But what scent does it come in – probably Vanilla from just observing the picture.
TURKEY HILL ICE CREAM ROCKS I NEVER HAD A FLAVOR I DID NOT LOVE!!!!!AND I AM IN KNOW WAY AFFILIATED TO TURKEY HILL ICE CREAM SWEAR!!
Looks good enough to eat, but I’ll stick with the real Turkey Hill ice cream.
On the ninth day of Christmas my true love gave to me, a bowl full of Turkey Hill French Vanila ice cream topped with choc.sprinkles and nuts and I knew I was in heaven.
