I am not so much behind on my Christmas shopping, but I am behind on my blogging! I don’t know how I could possibly miss the first day of the 12 day ice cream count-down to Christmas. I look forward to it every year, and even dedicate the entire month of december to my favorite frosty treats, and try to get in as my new flavors as possible.
But I guess I should look to the positive that I only missed one day and can jump right into the countdown, and just eat an extra serving of ice cream today! (ah only 25 more minutes left, I better go scoop now
