After an ice cream shop owner (right) in Kent, England learned that what kids dislike most about Christmas is brussel sprouts, he set out to change their minds about the leafy veggie by creating a brussel sprout flavored ice cream. It should be noted that the concoction also includes chestnuts and cranberries. It sounds like a good way to get your daily serving of fruits and vegetables, but the question reamains: Would you try it?
TODAY’S PRIZE: No, it’s not brussel sprout ice cream, but you could probably put brussel sprout ice cream in it. It’s an ice cream tote bag, and it’s made by Katie Gariepy on Etsy. One comment chosen at random from those left on this post will take home this prize.

I guess it could be like a savory ice cream – kinda like a cream sauce!
I would try it. It might taste better than it sounds.
No sprouts for me!
My children and I love brussels sprouts. I’m not sure we would like them as ice cream but we also love the chestnuts and cranberries. I would try it!
I like brussel sprouts !!!
Gross would never buy it hope you don’t ruin your good ice cream and make that flavor but then my husband would eat it he loves ice cream and brussels sprouts he says it goes to the same place I would never try it.
I don’t like brussel sprouts and disguising it in ice cream wouldn’t help. You shouldn’t mix vegetables and ice cream anyway. Fruit – yes, vegetables – no. Stick to The Turkey Hill flavors and you can’t go wrong.
I don’t think I’d like brussels sprouts ice cream, but i’d like to try belgian waffle ice cream (with strawberries), if you’re looking for a belgian theme.
Merry Christmas all.
I would try it, just don’t tell me what it is first.
well any kind of ice cream will do!
Brussel sprouts are terrific in butter and parmesan cheese! Don’t know if they would fly in ice cream, but if Turkey Hill made it, it would be good!
love these bags use them all the timeneed more hope i win
I tried asparagus ice cream when I was in MA last summer. It kind of tasted like pistachio! Not too sure about brussel sprout though.
COOL! Wouldn’t I be the life of the party if I showed up with that bag full of Turkey Hill Ice Cream.
I love Brussel Sprouts but am not crazy about nuts in my ice cream. I would try it after picking out the nuts.
Cool bag, a smiling ice cream cone.
I very much like the veggie, but chocolate is my very fav in ice cream…neat bag Marilyn
Brussel sprouts!! Yuuuuukkkk!!
My daughter loves brussel sprouts, but I think she would draw the line a ice cream.
I don’t think I’d be trying this ice cream!
Love the bag, but I wouldn’t be toting any brussels sprouts ice cream around in it!
I definitely prefer ice cream over broccoli most of the time, but I could actually use this bag to carry both home from the store!!
Any other vegetable would be preferable to Brussels Sprouts. You either love them or you hate them, and I am in the hate them group. It would take a lot of disguising plus some chocolate to push me into trying it. The prize tote is adorable, will they be for sale?
PROBABLY TASTES GOOD. I HAVE HAD MUSHROOM ICECREAM IN KETTET SQUARE, PA. IT WAS ALSO GOOD. WHO SAYS THERE IS ONLY VAN, CHOC & STRAW???
CITY SHOULD BE KENNETT SQAURE, PA…TYPO
of course I would try it; it has to be better than the brussel sprouts that my mother made me try when I was little.
Cute and practical.

I want that bag!!
I love this bag and I love icecream(:
