By the end of the month, spring will have officially sprung, so we thought we’d choose a colorfully appropriate product to give away as this month’s prize, and we think we accomplished that with the pastel-hued bowls featured here. I love these and this way we could each have our own…no fighting. Assigning colors seems to work pretty well at our house. We just have to figure out how to avoid fighting over the last bit of ice cream.

The bowls are outstanding. Spoons made with matching porcelain handles would be perfect. The fact that they ARE porcelain means that all the ingredients for a super hot fudge or hot caramel sundae can be popped into the microwave and ready to eat in just seconds. YUMMMMM!!!

There is only one store that I know of down here where I live in NC to get Turkey Hill ice cream. I make the 20 min. trip just to get it. The bowls would add to the enjoyment of my favorite brand of ice cream.

Bowls are very stylish,look like they are from an era of the past. Times when people would sit on their porches in the summertime and enjoy eating ice cream when it is sweltering hot. Turkey Hill is one of the best ice creams I’ve had in a long long time. We love so many of them it’s hard to choose a favorite but I can’t wait to try the Gertrude Hawk box of chocolates one, which I couldn’t find at my local Foodtown when it came out in January. Anyway, their Neopolitan, Butter Pecan, Vanilla Bean, Moose Tracks, Chocolate Chip…are all so good, to name just a few of our favorites…lol

This is a great idea having us vote on the ice cream flavors, but some choices are very difficult. Like Cherry Vanilla or Black Raspberry? Rum Raisin or Rocky Road? Eggnog or Gingersnap? It definitly makes me realize we have alot more flavors to try. My Kids love colorful things and would love to eat Turkey Hill ice cream out of these beautiful bowls each night.

These are absolutely adorable! My children (and my husband and I) would love eating our Turkey Hill out of these instead of the normal bowls or mugs. They would give a big wake up call after the dreary months of snow and ice.

Dreary, long snowbound winter and what to my amazing eyes do I see but a wonderful set of bowls bursting with color telling me Spring is almost here. Bring out the ice cream. I’d gladly fill the top four flavors in my set of bowls.
