July is right around the corner, which can only mean one thing: The Ice Cream Journal is gearing up for yet another National Ice Cream Month celebration. This year’s celebration is relatively simple. Each day in July (including weekends) we’ll post an interesting fact about ice cream. But facts alone aren’t all that exciting, so we’d like to also pay homage to you – our loyal readers and Turkey Hill ice cream fans – by posting a fan photo every day in July along with our interesting ice cream fact.

Starting right now, we’d like you to send us photos of you, your family or your friends enjoying some Turkey Hill ice cream. The pictures don’t have to be anything fancy (you can even take it with your cell phone if you want), just make sure Turkey Hill ice cream is in the picture.

We’ll choose 31 of our favorite pictures to feature on the blog in July and everyone whose picture is featured will receive a free container of Turkey Hill ice cream. We’ll also give away prizes and free ice cream in July to readers and commenters, but we’ll talk more about that another day.

E-mail your photos to icecreamjournal@gmail.com before June 30, and whatever you do, don’t forget to smile!

I’ll have to think about a great picture with me enjoying a couple of varieties of Turkey Hill. Sometimes you want to enjoy more than one flavor at a time. This is when you can’t make up your mind. I also can’t wait to see these pictures as they come in.
