It might be hard to believe sometimes, with their million dollar mansions and jet-setting lifestyles, but celebrities are real people, just like you and me. That includes their love of ice cream. We took to the web to uncover some of the most recent celebrity ice cream news for today’s entry. Three of the stories below are real and one is a clever fake cooked up by the Turkey Hill team. Leave a comment with your guess for which is the bogus celebrity scoop!
1. JUSTIN BIEBER PERFUME INSPIRES SUNDAE - London-based luxury department store Harrod’s launched teen pop idol Justin Bieber’s new perfume “Someday” by creating a $32 ice cream sundae available to Bieber fans and hungry shoppers. The sundae, inspired by the fragrance notes of the perfume, includes a mix of wild berry, fresh pear and vanilla ice cream, accented with lavender sprinkles and edible glitter.
2. IT’S A NECKLACE AND A SNACK! - Superstar lady rapper Nicki Manaj, who has mentioned Turkey Hill in her songs in the past, made ice cream a central part of her outfit at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards when she showed up sporting a necklace featuring a full-sized replica of a soft serve ice cream cone. The sweet jewelry was actually the least unusual part of her ensemble, which included a multicolored surgical mask and with a stuffed animal hanging from her waist.
3. PAPPY, PAX AND ZAHARA GRAB A SCOOP - Angelina Jolie’s father, actor Jon Voight, is a proud grandpa, and was recently pictured going what every proud grandpa likes to do — treat his grandkids to some ice cream. Voight was photographed in a London park while taking a stroll with two members of the Jolie-Pitt crew, seven-year-old Pax and six-year-old Zahara, while the duo enjoyed some tasty ice cream treats.
4. WHO WANTS A NUTTY BUDDY? - To prepare for his role in an upcoming movie, funny man Will Ferrell has been hitting the streets of suburban Los Angeles, selling frosty treats to kids as the driver and operator of a real-life ice cream truck. Ferrell’s film, about a pair of dueling ice cream truck drivers locked in a head-to-head battle to determine the city’s best ice cream man, features Hangover star Zach Galifianakis as Ferrell’s sundae-selling nemesis.

If you’ve got a technical question about the ice cream making process or some other inquiry about the nuances of America’s favorite treat, chances are Ernie has the answer. He might not be able to answer all questions, but he’ll try his best and some may be featured on the Ice Cream Journal.
# 2 ..wtg Turkey Hill
I THINK IT IS #1. BOTH #1 & # 2 ARE HARD TO BELEVE.
I also think it is #1, Nicki Minaj was wearing something like what is described so maybe an ice cream looking necklace isn’t too hard to believe.
I think it’s #4.
#3 for sure
Definitely has to be #4
#1
I would hope its #2. I can’t imagine ice cream around your neck
I think #1 is the fake. Justin holding the ice cream bar doesn’t look natural.
They all sound plausible, but I am going with number 2.
They are all believable ao will go with #3.
I pick #3. No reason, just guessing.
I think it’s #3. I don’t think Jon Voight and Angelina Jolie are on speaking terms.
Hi turkey hill fans I think it is 2 and 3
I will say it has to be 3
everyone have a happy and safe weekend.
i say 1 is fake if not oh well i tired
#2 sounds like it must be fake, so i am going with #1.
as a library worker I could look this up but I will just go with what I think
2. IT’S A NECKLACE AND A SNACK!sounds very fake. more fake than the others.
I love ice cream but how could anyone wear it
just eat it!
I think it is #2.
I think it’s #2.
#1 Hustin, can’t be real
Ithink it’s #1. But, what do I know?
I think it’s #1. But, what do I know!!
#1 sounds fake to me.
I’m going with #4.
1 for sure
well, good golly, in yesterdays world number 3 would have happened, but in todays world, number 3 is probaly considered an oddity.
I would say it definitely is no. 2. That’s my final decision….right or wrong. I’m not changing it.
#1, starring The Bieb, sounds made-up.
I’m going with #1. Sounds made up to me.
#1 whether or not you intended it to be. He & his perfume are a joke
I would go with #4. Hubby who for a moth was a Good Humor driver feels that the drivers do not work on commission and don’t leave the truck it no way to learn the part.
My guess is #3.
I would say it is #1.
I say number 2!
I love Will Ferrel but I am not aware of any “upcoming” ice cream movies…..going with #4! I have “seen” that necklace, and I do believe that Harrod’s would do something like that!
Definitely # 1. Really, now…
I think it’s #2.
I THINK IT IS NUMBER 2. SOUNDS A LITTLE FAR OUT TO ME. LOL
ENJOY A SAFE AND HAPPY WEEKEND.
I’m going to say #1 is the fake. But as outrageous as things are today, that one just might be real after all. lol One thing is definately for real though is that I’m going to enjoy my Turkey Hill ice cream!!!
i say 4 because it seems so real it is probly not
#1 Wouldn’t it be uncool for Justin Bieber to hook up with Sponge Bob just to please all the teeny boppers? Anything for a buck, I guess…even lox ice cream…
I would hope that it is #1.
#3
I too saw #2 online and the rest all seem possible but not #3 because I don’t know if Voight has made up with his daughter.
It’s #4.
I saw the pic of Nikki Minaj wearing the ice cream necklace, and I have no doubt that Bieber prompted a new ice cream sundae. And Jon Voight has been working on his relationship with Angelina.
Will Ferrell selling ice cream actually sounds like it could really happen, so I think *that* is the fake story.

Have you noticed an increased level of crime in your local area during recent months? Well I am based in the United Kingdom and I have noticed a substantial increase in what some would consider to be small and petty crime. These are crimes such as burglary and shoplifting. They may well seem petty to some people however for me and for the people and businesses who are affected they can be very distressing as well as frustrating. For the purposes of this article I am going to focus on business as I am a small business owner, and the increased and pressing need to secure our businesses against these criminals.
