You don’t have to be a football fan to know that Turkey Hill makes the official ice cream flavors for the Philadelphia Eagles (Eagles Touchdown Sundae) and the Pittsburgh Steelers (Blitzburgh Crunch). You also don’t have to be a football fan to enjoy them!
Two Turkey Hill fans who are definitely football fans and DEFINTELY happy are Matthew Henry of Lewistown, PA and Sandy Giunta of West Pittston, PA. That’s because Matthew is the winner of our Eagles Touchdown Sundae Contest and Sandy is the winner of our Steelers Season Ticket Blitz Sweepstakes.
Matthew’s prize includes a fly-away road trip for himself and three guests to an Eagles away game complete with roundtrip airfare, hotel and gameday tickets. Matthew’s son, who loves Eagles Touchdown Sundae ice cream, will be one of his three guests. “We’ve never been to an Eagles game,” said Matthew. “We usually watch them on television because it’s so hard to get tickets—but we never miss a game!”
Sandy’s win includes a pair of 2012-2013 Steelers season tickets. Sandy couldn’t believe she won, but admitted that the Turkey Hill name must be lucky for her family. Last month, her cousin purchased a winning lottery ticket worth $69.5 million at a nearby Turkey Hill Minit Market.
“They say good luck comes in threes,” Sandy joked. “I’m waiting to see what the third piece will be for our family!”

No boobie prize for the losers like a coupon for a free tub of TH. I am happy for the winners and hope the weather is nice for their games. We went to a Jet game years back and I brought a blanket and hubby said “what for?” He almost beat me under it , it was soooo cold.
