Good news Phillies fans! We just received word that everyone’s favorite mascot, the Phillie Phanatic, will be making a special appearance at the Turkey Hill Experience this Sunday (April 22) between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. With your paid admission, you can see the Phanatic, so if you’re in the area and looking for something fun to do, you should stop by and say hello … and take a tour of the Experience, of course!

If you miss out on this special mascot appearance, mark your calendars for this year’s Turkey Hill Country Classic (Saturday, May 5). This event will include a special “Mascot Race” featuring some of region’s best mascots. Skully from Millersville University and Enzo from Kline’s Services, Inc. will be among the costumed contenders who will put their speed to the test.

We’re still looking for other mascots to join us for the race, so if anyone has any ideas for mascots you’d like to see at the race, leave a comment!

I should let my neighbor know about this event. He is a Philly fan from way back. I believe one of his goals was to visit every baseball park in the United States. He did. Now that is a true baseball fan.

I am not a Phillies fan but I was at a Blue Claws game in Lakewood with my grand daughter and the
phillie phanatic was there. He was a lot of fun to watch. So all who go will have a great time–Sorry I won’t be able to be there.
