FroYo vs. All Natural: Which of these flavors will you try first?

Posted by Turkey Hill Team on April 22nd, 2014

Last week, we introduced you to two of our April Limited Edition Ice Cream flavors — Chunky Peanut Butter and Sweet Potato Pecan Pie. Like we mentioned in that entry, those two flavors aren’t the only new additions to the Spring Limited Edition line-up. We’re also excited to announce the arrival of a new Frozen Yogurt flavor and a brand new “Limited Batch” addition to our All Natural Ice Cream family.

FroYo really is a refreshing spring and summer treat, and when you throw in the tangy taste of our Greek Frozen Yogurt, it gets even better.

Lemoni Biskoti features lemon cream Greek Frozen Yogurt with a lemon shortbread swirl. It’ll be our featured Greek Frozen Yogurt flavor from April-June (it replaces Baklava Greek Frozen Yogurt), which means you can enjoy it through the Fourth of July!

Turkey Hill’s own president, John Cox, describes this treat as a “21st century ice cream flavor with old school appeal.”

It’s 21st century because it’s mango, and it’s “old school” because, like every Turkey Hill All Natural flavor, it’s made with only the most basic ingredients. In All Natural Mango (our April-June Limited Batch All Natural option), there’s cream, milk, sugar, and mango. That’s it!

  2. Phyllis Strickland says:

    MANGO!!!! Please!

  3. Ask Ernie, as a 10 year old kid, say 50 years ago, going to Woolworth’s and pop the balloon for a 15 cent bannana split was special (from 5 cents to 49 cents). When making ice cream, how can you “build-in” the whip cream with the ice cream since there is a difference in the thickness? Have you considered adding the whip cream on top with (say nuts and or cherries) and require a pie cutter to serve?

  4. Elaine Garfield says:

I like the lemon in a lot of things so I will try that.

  6. sue says:

i would have to say the mango because it would be so refreshing fo the warmer months–but i reserve the right to change after i inhale a carton of each!!

  7. LindaR says:

Mango would be my choice. Now that it’s finally getting warm & springtime, I want the real thing, rich creamy real ice cream! I don’t think I’ll even bother with the Greek lemon yogurt, unless I’m on a diet that day.

  8. Lisa says:

We will definitely try the mango. First of all, because we love mango. Secondly, because it is all natural. I cannot, in good conscience, continue to feed my children additives, chemicals and flavors that have been proven to be carcinogens and have other harmful effects such as hyperactivity. Thank you for continuing to expand your all-natural offerings! 🙂
