Baked Apple Dumpling vs. Caramel Brownie Overload
BAKED APPLE DUMPLING (2007-2011) – Cinnamon ice cream with a caramel apple swirl and apple dumpling pieces
CARAMEL BROWNIE OVERLOAD (2000) – Caramel ice cream with brownies and waves of rich caramel fudge
MATCH-UP ANALYSIS: Caramel Brownie Overload is coming off of a big round one upset over Berried Treasure, but does it have the momentum it needs to notch a win over the fan-favorite Baked Apple Dumpling? Our experts predict a win for Dumpling, but Overload won’t go down without a fight.
Caramel Cashew Crunch vs. Death by Chocolate
CARAMEL CASHEW CRUNCH (1991-1996) – Scoops of cashew pieces and caramel fudge stirred in our original vanilla ice cream
DEATH BY CHOCOLATE (1992-1998) – Dark chocolate ice cream loaded with dark, sweet chocolate chips and a rich brownie batter fudge
MATCH-UP ANALYSIS – Two of the oldest former flavors in the tournament are going head-to-head, but only one will win. After a win in round one against Chocolate Malt Chip, Death by Chocolate has shown that it’s got the chocolate vote in its back pocket. But is that enough to overcome caramel fans in this battle against Caramel Cashew Crunch?
